I say identical, but this isn't strictly the case: for some reason the overall level has been cut on the US CD-layer-only release so that it peaks at only 70.7% of maximum, whereas the CD layer on the hybrid SACD peaks at 99.8%.  In the UK the plain CD version is at exactly the same level as the hybrid SACD.  It's quite bizarre that even now these international differences can still occur.
